We invite you to see "what’s new" on the Over the Mountain Studio Tour.Click to meet the Artists of the Studio Tour Nestled between the Shenandoah and Potomac Rivers, the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia is just a little over an hour's drive from the Washington/Baltimore metro area. A select group of talented, professional and unique artisans cordially invite you to visit their studios during the 18th annual Over the Mountain Studio Tour, November 10 & 11, 2007. If you love the simple beauty of a handcrafted chair, like to cuddle exquisitely detailed teddy bears or need a chic but sturdy canvas carry-all you will find these things and much, much more on the studio tour. At each participating studio meet the artisan and a guest artisan. They will offer you their hospitality, display their wares and show you the process of their labors of love. Each artisan will be giving away one of their handmade creations for a door prize. Cash or checks are welcomed for items you may wish to purchase - some studios will accept credit cards. Just one and a half hours from
Baltimore or Washington D.C. in the historic Eastern Panhandle of West
Virginia.
