23 professional artists and craft workers—the best of Jefferson County, West Virginia—open their studios and workshops to the public at 12 different locations on the second weekend of November.

Tour dates for 2010 are November 13 & 14, Saturday and Sunday, 10am to 5pm daily. Visitors follow the bright red arrows to workshops and studios in Shepherdstown, Kearneysville, Leetown, Middleway, Charles Town, Summit Point, and Harpers Ferry.

Glass designer Sheila Brannan says, “Visitors will discover new and unexpected delights. Take time to examine the exceptional crafts and artwork, all made in the Shenandoah Valley. Hospitality is our motto and refreshments are provided. Customers can make their holiday purchases directly from the maker and custom commissions are welcome.”
The Over the Mountain Studio Tour is free and open to the public. Visitors travel from studio to studio at their own leisure, visiting any or all of the 12 stops. There is no charge for this self-guided tour.
